Camp FAQ’s
Will kids be outside for the entire day?
Yes! We are 100% outdoors. We take precautions with the heat as our students' safety and wellness are our primary concerns. Our reserved pavilions provide large shade covering. We also have use of the park’s indoor restrooms near our pavilion. Camp takes place rain or shine unless there is inclement weather.
What safety precautions are you taking?
Our staff includes highly professional teachers and counselors who provide a safe and supportive environment. Students are encouraged to drink water and apply sunscreen throughout the day. For our COVID-19 safety policy, please read here.
Is there a difference between Week 1 and 2 ?
Each week of camp is offered invidually. Students can sign up for multiple weeks. You have the option to sign up for Week 1 or Week 2 when you register for camp. You may also sign up for both weeks if your child would like to attend.
What should my child bring to camp?
Safety and wellness are our primary concerns. We ask that each student bring a personal water bottle, snack, and sunscreen. Studio Playground will water throughout the day and coolers to store lunches.
Will there by theme days?
Of course! Theme days will include water day, camp olympics, costume day, and more! We will follow up with details and a schedule of theme days closer to the first day of camp.
What is “Early Drop Off”?
The Early Drop Off Program is designed for parents who need to drop their child off earlier than 9am. Early drop off occurs Monday-Friday, 8am-9am. Our staff will be there to look after your child before the camp day. During early drop off, students will enjoy relaxed activities, including coloring, board games, creative projects, and games. We suggest that kids bring a breakfast or snack for the early drop off program.
